Weed is fine. Smoke it as much as you want but don't let it become your goal in life.
Alcohol is pretty bad. The Bible says do not partake in strong drink. But once a week or once a month is not terrible.
LSD is a gateway to heaven. I have taken low doses of LSD five times and it had a profoundly positive effect on me. It is not a good choice for sinners to take psychedelics though, you should only take them when you are ready to face yourself.

From this I would infer that caffeine, alcohol, THC and LSD are reliably beneficial to health and consciousness if they are moderated correctly.
