It's him, I get the feeling that he's focused more on adventures than he is on building relationships. At this time, he doesn't want to be tied down even if he says the opposite. As counterintuitive as it seems, and as much as I hate to give advice like this, it seems the personal appeal and gratification through the feelings and opinions of others is going to play a big part in it. People often say that it's best not to let other people define you, or to grant or take away self worth, but in this case it seems that personal element of things will play a big role in it all. When someone is lost or feeling concerned sometimes the input of others and the feeling of belonging somewhere can work wonders.

I never heard those concepts until yesterday, the runner and chaser thing. I actually read an article on it and it was spot on for our relationship. Found it, this was the quote

She already married someone else but knowing her this marriage won't last unfortunately. I'm already at the traveling the world stage, I'm just saving up enough money and planning my trips. Trust me, if I have to get one, I will. I do hate to say this but I do love her, my heart races just hearing her name.
