I just want to know the basics, and how to open them and meditate with them. I'm trying to find a book because I absorb info better with a book than a computer. Plus my computer has a broken fan that is very loud - and it is making that noise as type this - so I'm not even gonna bother trying to learn about them online or with a PDF.
