You can't decrypt these files without knowing the password. You can't crack it by understanding the encryption algorithm.
Adobe's encryption is only 40 bits, which means there are only 1099511627776 combinations, which is actually feasible to crack with a distributed brute-force attack.
This may have been intentional.
Lets brute force this shit.
WL has only released details on CIA tools no operations.
This being operations related AND a "part B" tells me this is their grand finale.
Im done doing this at WL discretion lets crack it open theyve been stringing us along fo years with little tid bits. Lets crack this.
Bet we would end up the news. Or we could even keep it underground and let Wikileaks game play out. It definitely would be nice to have a look at whats ahead.

How do I start?

When it comes to consumer hardware, the most effective type of hardware for brute-force attacks is a graphics card (GPU). As it’s easy to try many different encryption keys at once, many graphics cards running in parallel are ideal.
At the end of 2012, Ars Technica reported that a 25-GPU cluster could crack every Windows password under 8 characters in less than six hours.

To random hackers and code monkeys,
This institution is know for placing meta data trackers and backdoors on nearly anything of value to them in a bid to identify targets or recruit them.
Stay safe, it's not so easy to have fun anymore.

so you think they're leaking tools they don't / no longer use as a subversion technique?

for what purpose?
