Only one I know for sure is dead is Hermes. Fast sneaky bastard that he was managed to escape somehow. They never found out how exactly. He even managed to leave Rome, but they caught up with him somewhere in western Italy (they thought he was trying to surprise them by not heading for Greece). They needed several teams with heavy weaponry to take him down. They pinned the ensuing property damage and 5 dead bystanders on gas leak and following explosion (I thought it's cliche but I guess that if it works...)
