The remote viewer wrote a book about his experiences in 1993. At page 155, he transcribes the same Mars session: http://www.f-look.de/index_htm_files/McM_MIND_TREK.pdf

He includes some additional details, sketches and pictures of the places he viewed.
Neither him nor the interviewer knew what was in the envelope. The interviewer only had a set of coordinates. The author notes his skill at interviewing without knowing anything about the location and without leading the subject.
The request to view Mars came from a guy in the Army.

The remote viewer also says to take all this with a grain of salt, since it can't be proven.
