Got this picture by googling Allegany State Park cabins. They all look identical to this one so this is basically exactly what I stayed in. The figure in question would've been looking in to the window on the left here. My back was against the back wall and I was facing the door so from the inside and my point of view it was to the right of the door, but left in this pic. Northeastern forest on the New York/Pennsylvania border. An animal certainly could've crawled up on the porch but I didn't hear a sound. Alright dudes.. as much as I'd love to sit here and argue with you fuckers I have to get some work done today. Alright, here's what I got.

24 pixels = 1 foot
One cabin window (vertically) = 40 pixels = 20 inches

Then I scaled the window from your sandwich picture over the window onto the cabin exterior.

Window creature (vertically) = 9 pixels = about 5 inches

Then I threw in an actual raccoon and scaled it to their average size

Raccoon = 3 feet= 72 pixels

Now, all we can see of your window critter is the face, so if I overlay the scaled raccoon onto it, we can see if it matches. Remember, window critter was 5 inches. The actual raccoon was 6 inches vertically across the face. So, raccoon is still a strong possibility, but my measurements don't take into account how far the thing was from the window, which we can't tell from a 2D image. Take all that with a grain of salt, but those are the numbers I came out with.

One question though... you can see from my other pic >>18960300 that I had my side window open. My cooler is right below it and the dry goods (bread, cereal, etc) are on the shelves to the left of the window and out of the picture. Why wouldn't the raccoon try to climb in the open window closest to the food?
