This sounds a lot like Unfavorable Semicircle. There are different graphics and puzzles embedded in their videos, which are also uploaded with incredible frequency. A bunch of people on plebbit are trying to figure out the mystery behind it, with no success.

Likely just machine learning, or google testing uploading like that other channel.

It's definitely minecraft. Probly a test which broke a long minecraft video into multiple low quality pieces and mass uploaded them for testing purposes
