Basically the reason people meditate and astral project is to get to these other worlds, for knowledge or other things. Doing so like that keeps them mentally prepared and guarded, but staying up as long as you have means your mind is more susceptible to something from beyond.

Something just wiggled through my wall, its sitting in the corner. It looks like a little kid, but its got a giant head with holes where its eyes and mouth should be, and its limbs are really disproportionate. Like its right arm is really short but its left arm is like 5 feet long, looks like a snake or something. Its just sitting on its bum, starring at me with its eyeless face.

god its creepy. Most of this stuff doesn't get to me but there i something really unsettling about this giant head kid.
