OP here. I was a body builder before this happened, I was fucking around and tried to lift too much on military press and pinched a major nerve bundle in my neck.
I was nearly paralyzed for a bit, I could walk but it hurt, my arms barely functioned and were numb.
After a Long time of recovery I noticed I was getting stronger than I had been before, with much less effort. Eventually it capped out I guess. I can lift a ford ranger above my head now The few extras came later, really can't talk about those.
