My guess would be a few rain drops being pushed by wind on the windshield of the car, since they go in the same direction and you can actually see 3 or more dark objects and a few light objects. Also they seem to change shape a bit and they are blurry (so close to camera).

If someone wants to test this:

1. Place a camera into a car looking out of the windshield
2. Make sure ground is dark and sky is light
3. Sprinkle some water drops on outside the windshield
4. Blow air at droplets (maybe via compressor or something, might need to test different angles)

Will be interesting if they mimic the effect.

Water droplet is being hit with wind and is changing shape. Also at one point when your "thrusters" show the object doesn't move. Also when it disappears, it drops away like water.

Anyways, here is a still capture, it's moving from left to right versus my example of down (in the rain video). Both look like water droplets to me.

I don't care enough to test this, because it just looks like water to me. But if you find clearer video and prove me wrong, I would be happy to see spaceships.

If it was "bugs" or "rain drops", then the person filming it, inside the car, would simply look up, away from the view finder to check what the odd thing was, recognize it was something on the windshield and go back to filming the clouds. However, they didn't do that did they? They checked the windshield and then zoomed in on one craft, following it till it disappeared and then went back to another one, until the channel cut back to the radar. It looked like the other craft was headed towards the same spot in the sky. I bet if you talked to the camera man, he'd have a story to tell.
