I was just using the crop circle as an example of what it looked like. The image is a shape that's really disjointed, with circles, crescents, and more complex shapes, with lines traversing in every direction. It didn't do anything for me when I looked at it, but it was unique enough that I wish I had saved it, because it's still a very unique design. I guess it certain circumstances it could trigger a higher awareness in some people because of its unusualness.

Tibetan is the 'spiritual language' of most Buddhists, similar to how Latin is for Christians This is a weirdly stylized mantra of butchered Tibetan characters and characters that look Tibetan, but aren't. It looks like alien writing to westerners so a lot of new agers like Blavatsky attribute spiritual stuff to it, which is as ridiculous as Chinese people worshiping Latin words.

The point is their pronunciation, primarily. The "Aum" syllable, for example, simulates deep breath rising to the tip of the lips. "Aum mani pedme hum," their 'most sacred' mantra (depending on who you ask) has no specific translation but is close to "Through the lotus jewel practice you will attain enlightenment."

This is a weird misconception, it's said you can reach enlightenment through understanding and living a specific mantra, in the same way a Buddha reached it by staring at a wall for 8 years. People with the wrong mindset over simplify everything.

It's a bit of a stretch, but are you by any chance talking about the lotus flower? There's a story where the Buddha is supposed to give a speech, but instead presents a flower to the audience, causing one of his students to become enlightened because the gesture held a special meaning to that person, presumably stemming from an inside joke. This special sort of relationship between master and disciple is the foundation of the Rinzai school of Zen Buddhism, where it is taught that teachers can trigger enlightenment in their students by asking them strange or contradictory questions.
