I did and got no text. Its apparently just the image from the Wikipedia I think they are trying to tell us to check the online website and use some hidden code to find a text there.

The QR Code in 'QR25X25' was real and lead to a really long string of puzzles but its top secret shit at this point. I just got into Defango's group so don't want to jeopardize that. Just follow what it tells you to do and remember its BASE64 code I mean could be obvious but maybe someone is just coming in to Cicada after finals week.
