sorry to disappoint you but that's from the promotion for the album Year Zero by nine inch nails
they distributed USBs for the album in the run up to the release with hints and tracks from the album, one of which is the picture you posted
the album was based around a story of a dystopian future america and at one point involves people hallucinating a hand coming down from the sky
