Artificial intelligence is another misonomer. What is artificial? What is it's reciprocal, authentic? What is that? What is intelligence?

The problem with a term such as A.I. is that it conjures images of big computers controlling our thoughts and such but that is absurd on a linguistic level alone.

When I was studying prolog I took a graduate class on the philosophy of A.I. and modelled inductive and deductive reasoning, similar to IBM's Watson.

That's when I had the epiphany that all our concepts of artificial vs authentic presuppose a natural order to consciousness which is impossible to percieve.

Then I realized how much of upper level systems design is being directed by academics and they don't even understand the underlying epistemology of knowledge structures.
