when i was 16. i woke up to see the lights of my computer monitor on. upon investigation i saw a black smokey figure starring at it. i didnt feel it was something sinister so i approached it and it looked at me. i asked: who are you?
then i felt a headache and noises like screams and crys in my head and felt dizzy then he disappeared infront of me without a trace of him.

You shouldn't have asked who it was

my question was who is he and not what he is. i know what he is.

Something similar once happened to me when i was 14. i was lying in my couch trying to sleep and my monitor lights were flashing on and off. i was able to distinguish a black figure (like pic) that was growing each time the lights went off, i thought i was imagining stuff so i turned over. After a while i turned over again and it was like 3 meters tall and 2 meters away from me. When i saw that i was fucking paralyzed and closed my eyes and faced the wall, then i felt a really sharp pain in my back like something was cutting it's way in. Then i heard a really loud thunder and the pain stopped but i had a heavy headache. Since then i've been having paranormal stuff happening to me.

It was just a soul in purgatory trying to look at some dank internet porn. They possess you and make you do it for them sometimes.
Stop looking at porn. You're fueling evil entities.

Sounds like Sleep Paralysis desu
>>18870060
If you didn't physically get up or make any significant movements, or you felt as if you couldn't move, you had sleep paralysis. It's common, not a big deal.
Sometimes I get the feeling of dread during sleep paralysis, often following by some sort of 'scream' that doesn't sound like it's coming from somewhere real, more like I can 'feel' the screaming. It's a strange sensation but it happens.
