How can i Experience Lucid nightmares and Sleep paralysis?
Could this be dangerous?
How I did it
>have preexisting sleep disorder
>rest on my back and focus on some thought or idea
Dangerous? No, it's almost-sleep.
It'll happen if you need it to happen
It's not dangerous in itself but from my experience something peculiar out of your control will be happening to you, which the dream is symptomatic of
Why exactly do you want this? To me it seems like going to /k/ and asking which position would be best for stabbing yourself

I enjoy sleep paralysis
Have a messed up sleeping pattern. Stay awake for more than 36 hours then try and sleep. I was plagued with sleep paralysis as a teen, but now It rarely happens and only when I am over-tired or have a poor sleeping routine. Sleep paralysis is awful for me though.. always ALWAYS ends up with something tickling and poking my neck while I scream and try to shake out of it. Lucid dreaming is fun though.

sleep paralysis is a natural function of the body.
Mind awake, body asleep.

i don't. as a child i would wake up and be in sleep paralysis still and feel like im suffocating or something. Although now that i understand it that doesn't happen or at least i won't panic because I know what's up. Anyway i love lucid dreaming still.

You have to become consciously aware in dream and altered states of consciousness, you usually block them out.
>Could this be dangerous?
Depends how stable you are, mentally. It could send some people of the deep end.
