Pixies/faireys are pretty ambiguous towards humans, but how do they feel about other entities? Would they help fight off a demon for you? Do they pull pranks on goatman? I hear so many creepy stories about different paranormal beings, but they never seem to interact with each other. Does anyone have any knowledge on this?

They are terrified of demons (which means, humans have bigger balls than they will ever have), seem to not completely understand angels and see them like we see aliens (weird, powerful and incomprehensible for them), anything else is fair game for them.

On the contrary, they see anything that strays into their lands as their property so to be played with as they will, be they daemons, angels etc. Everything outside their borders is not relevant. Their borders are defined by natural objects, such as lines of large plants, water, that sort of thing, which is why humans often cultivate tree rings to contain them. They do enjoy being dicks after all.
