Most songs are about love because love is beneficial for the system. Basically when you "settle down" with a partner you become less likely to resist the system and more cucked by things like bills and jobs.
Love makes you more docile and they use love to keep us wageslaved and distracted from what lies beyond the mundane routine of our society.
