Probably because "The Devil's Workday" sounds better or is more easily remembered than "This Devil's Workday." My copy of it was more than likely downloaded from some blog online and has "The Devil's Workday," plus "The Devil's Workday" as a search term seems fairly common, though it all leads to "This Devil's Workday." You should just fuck off and find something less mundane and sensible to build a conspiracy out of.
