Time for magick

>get multimeter
>put on lowest DC value
>hold both poles
>notice current flowing from your hands
>note the polarity of the current (+/-)

>now focus on the multimeter, imagine the current going down (or up for negative polarity) use willpower to keep the value dropping to inverse polarity
>practice

>change polarity on command

>toggle +/- polarity by the mind

>do magick

digital is easier to see the - / + change (it will toggle)

I think analog will be better for small changes if you want to experiment with it. It is more sensitive.
