It took me a fair bit to actually end up scrying something for this. Too bleak or too vague or too dreary. But from what I keep seeing, there's a pattern of seeing fireworks, candles, and the sensation of letting go or at least being able to relax. Kind of the kind of lying down on grass at night, looking high up in the sky, and hearing people in the distance having fun or celebrating or enjoying themselves. I don't know how to relate to what you've asked for, but it seems that you should look for people that are celebrating, or at least seem to be considering throwing a party of sorts. The lights are flickering and the room doesn't seem that romantic it seems more like a hallway even though it isn't. Just the ceiling gives that vibe to me. This means it's not going to be as romantic as you hoped because of the ensuing awkwardness but she will get into it eventually. This guy is not currently considering you, that is not to say you will not start a relationship with hem, if you do it will be good one but right now things look impractical. This might be because you are not making the correct approach (aka bringing the wrong flower) or because of the previously mentioned pain.
