>paranoia insues, i go on /pol/ alot so im freaking out about the world, my life, my surroundings, i start seeing shit in the corners of my eyes
>go to bed, tinnitus fucking me up
>only thing that makes me feel safe is my dog next to me, shes cool
>i fall asleep
>recurring nightmares i usually have are just fucking jumbled up now

>wake up, get on my phone for some reason instntly
>Blink and realize phone is not in my hand
