Actually, they already do livestreams of rocket launches. Though a live chat with the astronauts at launch is a terrible idea, solely due to how dangerous it would be. They are piloting an extremely flamable and explosive mass of machinery (which has an ungodly high price tag, btw) on a pillar of flame into one the harshest environments imaginable, a hard vacuum.
