Not exactly. An enlightened individual has all the knowledge that any other psychic has within a bouncing radius of themselves, making it pretty obvious when anyone can achieve this.

A being of pure reason, logic, never growing bored. They're described as always seeming like they're somewhere else, which is partially true because they are perceiving the Noosphere, or the astral realm, simultaneously along with physical reality.

True enlightenment is horrible, irreversible, and dangerous. Enlightened individuals's goal is to extend their hive mind, ultimately (theoretically) creating some giant human creation that is both the embodiment of human evolution and the collective consciousness of our species.
