You don't see the figure moving before they enter the room?
I just see a blur of motion as he turns around.
OP prove you aren't a faggot and freeze the video on what you see and post it.

best freeze frame I could get with minimal effort.
look at it in the video, now that you know what you're suppose to be looking at.

Here's a better frame (I didn't bother with circling it this time as the editing process would deteriorate the quality)

If you put the video on x.25 speed and watch it from 3:02-3:03 you can see what looks to me like a figure looking out from the side of the cabinet, and subsequently hiding behind it.
If I had the means to make a webm of it I would, but I lack the software with my operating system (it would be too much of a pain)

What spooked you? It's kind of just sad to see such a gorgeous building in such a state of decay. I didn't see any spooks.
Also liked the second track. Is that video game music? The last track had a Final Fantasy feel to it, but I can't place it.

There's a whole group of people with the person operating the camera who sometimes step into frame. Add to that bad lighting and poor camera skills and there's no reason to assume that little blur in the darkness is a spook.
