Possibly. I changed up my diet heavily which helped me lose the weight but as i lost the weight, my libido was still good.

I kinda chalked up my libido problem to lack of sexual stimuli for an expended period of time. I experienced the libido problem when my ex came back into my life. Fucked around for a few months and i usually performed better if i fapped earlier that day. Going days without fapping and then trying to fuck usually resulted in 2 Pump Chump but when I fapped regularly, I would perform normal and on a good day above normal.

I'm still open to the idea it could be a medical/psychological problem
