Why don't criminals use supernatural powers to perform

Not enough TV to think that there really are criminals that use superpowers to commit crimes though.

Because criminals can not even make it in the mundane human world, what makes you think they would have the intelligence or will to use 'supernatural' powers.

Well, you've gotta consider the fact that there may be in fact criminals that do use supernatural powers to perform their crime. They just make sure they don't get caught at all, surely.

Think about it. If someone could stop time, would they EVER get caught stealing from somebody? Nope.
