It's been a while since I kept up with the guy, last I heard was that he was releasing books about disappearances in cities instead of parks now, how'd that turn out?

I read some of the stuff from his first couple of books and its some real scary shit, which kinda begs to question, has anyone else confirmed he's not full of shit?

I mean there's a story in there somewhere about a kid that was being kept captive by an old looking lady with a tail and long ears and she let him go after a couple of weeks but he randomly died a couple of months after returning to his parents. That's some horror story shit and theres lots of stuff like that in his books, is it fake /x/?
I don't wanna get abducted by random demons, unless its a succubus.
