Whenever I go into a gnostic state during meditation I see and feel myself covered in beetles. Millions of beetles, even swarming into my ass and colon. Mostly in my ass and mouth, in fact. It's probably because I'm in the cold depths of hell and my warm orifices are where they can survive the best.
