I've been visited by a fallen angel. It was half angel half skeleton. The angel side was beautiful with a huge wing that went a little past her knee. She was covered in armor and was made of stone. Her skeleton side had skin peeling off and she had green innards. It was the scariest moment of my life and let out blood curdling screams until she disappeared.

That wasn't an angel OP. What you saw was a soldier. She was probably hit by a Godfrey-grenade. A looooong time from now there is a war on an earth colony called Euphrates. The 'angel' side of her that you saw matched the description of the bio-engineered soldiers that are sort of a front line for the Chormano military. She got wrecked by a small bomb that rips a tiny hole in space time. She ended up in front of you for a few moments just before her death.
