Pretty much. I don't buy the super strong version of this argument where people claim early Christianity was like Judaism+, but everything is generally p similar with more variations within the larger groups like Christianity, Islam, Judaism etc than between. Judaism has homogenized somewhat with a kind of hegemony of New York and Israeli Jews but you can still find large variations if you go to somewhere like India where the historical Jewish population is still going strong.

If you go back even a little further you start to see even wider interconnectedness though. It's not for no reason that people claim Jesus went to Egypt and India for example, nor the influence of Babylon on Judaism etc etc
