How easy is it?

The use of the Ouija board is entirely a matter of focus of your mind and consciousness. The board is simple paper and plastic or wood and glass. The magic is the human consciousness. Focus on someone you know who died. Better if they were somewhat close to you or someone else using the board with you. Chant their name in your head as if you are just repeating it to prevent any other thought from taking any moment of your time and attention. Don't focus on trying to read it at all, leave that for other people to do. Just feel the invisible wind blowing through your fingers and in the invisible darkness of the void around you. Chant. Focus. Breathe. Persist.

I know a quick method to get people to experience extra sensory perception but it's not easy.

This is similar to the Wim Hof method but more intense and meditative to take you beyond mind and body.

Sit comfortably crosslegged with your hands grabbed onto your knees and take in deep fast breaths with your diaphragm, like 1-2 per second, and just let go of the air without effort when you exhale. Do this for 1-2 minutes (or longer if you want a stronger effect.) Don't force it hard, just go along to a steady rhythm that feels most relaxing and enjoyable for you.

On the last breath, gently exhale some of it and relax, holding your breath as long as possible with eyes closed, keeping focused on the sensations between your eye brows. After a minute or so you'll feel the need to exhale the little bit of air in your lungs. When you can't hold on any longer let go of controlling the breath. Allow your body to breathe automatically for you until the breath completely stabilizes. Then repeat this process again 7 rounds.

After doing a few rounds of this you'll be able to hold your breath longer and longer, going for several minutes. The body will begin to vibrate and your perception will start to become enhanced. After a few more rounds it will begin to look like you're looking through a fish eye lens at everything. Details and colours become more vivid and profound epiphanies come to you as you realize how you're constructing your perception of reality within you.

It is completely fake as evident by many tests where the people participating were blindfolded and failed to receive any sort of message contrary to when they were not blindfolded.

I was 25 with my 17 year old gf(legal age in Texas) and her baby's father. She was Cherokee/Scottish and the guy was a great grandson of general George S Patton. Not him but it's not really dangerous to try and not breathe for a specified period of time. I know movies show people being choked to death in under a minute but that's just Hollywood crap. Holding your breath till you lose consciousness won't kill you or even cause lasting harm, and once you do lose consciousness you'll start breathing normally again unless your airway is blocked.

Unfortunately my parents knew this all too well when I was a wee lad, so when I tried to do shit like hold my breath they were just like "fine have fun passing out, you still ain't getting shit."

I realize the answers dont make sense when the person is blindfolded and I realize that proves the PERSONS body is physically moving the planchette.

What that doesnt prove is whether or not a board, when a person stares right at it, can allow them to utilize their subconscious in a way that draws out psychic ability.

Just because its true that a person has to be able to see a board to use doesnt mean that the answers they get when seeing the board arent of relevance.

If the board gave the correct answer when Subject A asks about the object drawn on a paper inside a sealed envelope then it doesnt matter if his fingers moved it or if he moved it incorrectly when blindfolded, all that matters is if the answer is correct.

I'm not even saying this is possible just that the ideomotor effect is a stupid attempt to debunk boards.
