I can't remember what it's called but last night I woke up and couldn't move. Like, at all. Couldn't move at all. I was trying and just couldn't.
What does this mean? Also I bit my tongue while I was awake. I was just laying there trying to move and started biting my tongue just one hard time. Made it cut slightly. I felt like I was fucking retard or some shit. Can someone explain?

This. Its a natural occurance when you go to sleep so you dint flail around in your dreams., Some people here utilize it for lucid dreaming/astral projection.
Did you hallucinate during it? That's a common occurance when the body is ij sleep paralysis.
