What I'm getting from here is that you have sort of unrealistic expectations of him and what your emotional state would be like with him. Good. I see your dedication in improving spiritually is paying off and you are seeing a lot of results almost right away. However I feel there is not a lot of substance to whatever you are doing right now. I love that movie, Ran. My favorite quote is "I see all that I've destroyed on this withered plain. A phantom army rising against me." Something like that. I loved how the old king saw everything that he destroyed and I sort of felt like I had destroyed my relationship at the time. But life goes on, here I am! You are being tested right now by a sneaky God and it's hard to please him because he loves being sneaky and it's hard to catch him up and give him a gift or something. It's the little things that make life bearable. Like having a good beer. These are things that truly matter to life. Little accomplishments are worth more than the big ones. The main thing you need to focus on to make your dream actualized into the material world is communication. I would say because you're not quite ready, but you're also not as far off from ready as you think. it seems like there is some balance you need to achieve in your life. perhaps you're too passive and need to have some sort of emotional foundation to stand on before you try to open your heart with another person.
