Apparently after they moved to some island a reporter was seen snooping around for evidence of crimes being comitted in the island the cult ran off to, Jones shot the reporter, afraid of being locked up in jail he gathered all his followers and told them to kys by drinking poison/poisoned water. I think around 900 people died and few survived, but you can see people screaming and the noise starting to die out as the people drink the poison
