In that case, I would suggest getting off 4chan, going outside, and deliberately going places you've never been. I doubt you've exhausted your locality.

Scares come from risk. Maybe try some urbex. Things might not be as intense as you'd like, but it's still a world of difference from vicarious.

If you're bound and determined to do things online, that's still a nice place to start. If you can't get over the fakeness of cinema and fiction, go for real people filming their experiences. Or at least found footage that pretends to be it.

Creepypastas really aren't designed to be scary. Hell most aren't even creepy. Some can get under your skin sometimes, but only once after that they become shit because most aren't written to be an actual story.

My suggestion if you want something scary try going out into the woods and juts walking around and thinking about things. Your own brain might start to become paranoid by little noises and the like and you'll get your scares.
