I'm really interested into seeing or taking a peek at other parallell universes. How may I go about practicing that? Are there any techniques, meditations, rituals to it? (not dangerous, of course)

check out some books by dr bruce goldberg like exploring the fifth dimension. he was one of art bell's favorite guests and has written about meditation in order to view/visit different points in time and i would bet that his material could be applied to parallell universes quite easily.
