Yeah the concept of a comicbook speedster defies all sorts of physics. For example Vsauce3 on utube had a video about it, the moment he moved it would create a supersonic boom and vacuum that would annihilate anything near it.

I don't think superspeed on the scale of the flash would be concealable with today's technology and the sonic boom as the other anon pointed out.

I do believe that abnormally fast reaction times can be trained eventually for things like sports and martial arts.

There are fighters who think in a way that makes them seem 3 steps ahead of their opponent in a match, while a normal person is too focused on trying to hit the guy to learn how to anticipate the next strike.

That's not paranormal, but is very achievable with practice and can look almost almost like a superpower to normies.

Can be as simple as catching a glass from falling off a table. It's basically a form of extreme situational and spacial awareness mixed with physical fitness to get you there to respond in time.

Some people have better reaction times than others with no training and laugh it off while high/drunk/ect.

The human brain is powerful enough without needing comic book powers to do amazing things.
