Hello /x/, I know this isnt paranormal (or it could be) but I need some advice before I start considering getting a therapist.
Basically I have to stay over with my family for afew months because I got kicked out of my flat for legal issues n shit. I had to sleep on the couch in my brothers room until I got a new place to sleep. Long story short, my family complained to me that I was screaming at the top of my lungs in my sleep. At first I thought that this was nothing unusual and that it was just a nightmare or something until my brother told me that I do it every night. According to him I sometimes punch the walls and that he once caught me watching him sleep. I ofcourse dont remember shit.
So /x/ is this some demon or just basic sleep walking?
