Faces of Death II had the most real scenes in it, the boxing match, the motorcycle accident, the avalanche victims, crazy dude biting off a chicken's head, outlaw's head in a jar, animal experiments, intestinal dog cancer surgery (lol), crionics

Faces of Death III and IV were all faked too, minus the rabbit slaughterhouse in Mexico. If I recall IV was 100% faked except for the orchestra falling into the floor at the end, but the aftermath footage of the fall with body parts under the bleachers was faked, the orchestra members IRL had minimal injuries.

I saw an actual snuff film on VCR. A proper one, an actual movie. I'll never forget towards the end there was one scene where a man was shot in the head. He didn't even bleed straight away as I saw the eye bleow the shot wound curl up, not even a second later he just dropped to the ground. Mind you not a word was said nor did the camera move the entire scene. All you can hear is a shot from the gun and the body hitting the floor.
