I'm not a big bigfoot believer but that's pretty impressive. I'm tempted to say hoax from weird branch placement over its face but it's quite good if it is. Don't think it's CGI because water moves too realistically. Really interesting

There were massive pitcher plants in the Amazon designed to catch human-sized prey not too long ago. Pretty sure they're extinct now
>>
>>18526498
Meh, its probably a bear. Saying that they "generally" don't go around there and there aren't "many" sightings doesn't mean it doesn't happen. You literally cannot make out any kind of body shape in the video. I don't see any logic in the idea that a bigfoot would be any more capable of surviving in a swamp like that than a bear would.
>>
>>18527865
>Saying that they "generally" don't go around there and there aren't "many" sightings doesn't mean it doesn't happen
it is also stupid because obviously the same thing would apply to bigfoot
>>
>>18527108

>>
>>18526388
UM BONGO!
>>
>>18527883
Sure, you know, except for the fact there is no solid proof that big foot exists, but totally. Since you see a vague silhouette of a large animal in a wooded area doing stereotypical animal shit we absolutely positively must assume it's something that we have never been able to prove exists, instead of the more likely option that's its some asshole bear. That's real good deduction there.

>>18528117
Is that right? Tell me, since you're obviously an all knowing space wizard, what's the distance from the viewer to the animal? What are the coordinates? What's exact temperature of the climate in the video? What's the temperature of that particular spot right now? Since you know everything you should be able to clear up this mystery right now.
>>
>>18527098
There was footage of this? Are you sure they weren't giant crabs? As far as I'm aware there is no known spider that comes close to being that size.
>>
>>18528263
>Sure, you know, except for the fact there is no solid proof that big foot exists, but totally...
You seem to have a minor problem with reading comprehension since you are agreeing with me and telling me something I implied in a manner as if I said the opposite from what I really said. I said the same thing WOULD apply to bigfoot. Therefor it is a stupid argument to exclude bears but not the hypothetical creature of bigfoot. Please learn2read and to sperg out less in the future

Theres still parts in congo and other heavily forested areas that are basically unexplored since no one ever without a death wish went in that deep. Do you have any idea how big the forests are? Just like theres plenty of unexplored and unmapped areas in the US or in Russia. Mapping by air doesnt count.

I live near a nature reserve, and those things are really scary on the forest, despise how cute they are.

There's two main theories for Chupacabra sightings in here, people isn't used to our predatory felines, like pic related.

So they mistake them for monsters, and their huntings methods are also unknown for the most part.

The theory in the most strange cases when animals blood it's been drained, it's giant spiders, country has 60 know types of Tarantulas and there could be many more, cause most of them are exclusive burrowers, meaning that some giant spiders capable of killing something the size of a goat, are roaming the countryside at night.

Except for parasites, diseases and bix noods?

Could be a lot.
Not counting hordes on, as yet, uncatalouged bugs and such, I think there's at least one large cat out there, the Mngwa (big-ass cat that scares the bejeezus out of the locals and very much different from a leopard. Brindled fur.).

Possibly the Marozi (spotted lion, prone to live in forests rather than savanna).

Undiscovered small species of insects and plants. Maybe a new kind of bird. Really not much. We've widdled away at jungles long enough that the chance of finding any big undiscovered life form is outrageously unlikely. With any luck you'll find what I mentioned but even then global warming is wiping out those delicate species so we may not even find them.

>in short

Nothing crazier than maybe some new species of tree-rats.

The truth is that this world is exactly as boring as you think it is, and there are no cryptids out there.

There are three things that are never satisfied, yea, four things say not, It is enough:

[16] The grave; and the barren womb; the earth that is not filled with water; and the fire that saith not, It is enough.

[17] The eye that mocketh at his father, and despiseth to obey his mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, and the young eagles shall eat it.

[18] There be three things which are too wonderful for me, yea, four which I know not:

[19] The way of an eagle in the air; the way of a serpent upon a rock; the way of a ship in the midst of the sea; and the way of a man with a maid

[24] There be four things which are little upon the earth, but they are exceeding wise:

[25] The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer;

[26] The conies are but a feeble folk, yet make they their houses in the rocks;

[27] The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands;

[28] The spider taketh hold with her hands, and is in kings' palaces.

[29] There be three things which go well, yea, four are comely in going:

[30] A lion which is strongest among beasts, and turneth not away for any;

[31] A greyhound; an he goat also; and a king, against whom there is no rising up.

Fun fact: Satan was not referring to Africa, but to Antarctica. The green sky is the Aurora Australis, while the serpents and trees are a reference to how it was in the prehistoric times, covered in lush jungle and inhabited by otherworldly monsters (dinosaurs).

Antarctica being the realm of the Devil is just another hint to the terrifying mysteries that are waiting to be unearthed there. Personally I hope we never discover them. Some things should just be left alone....
