How do you know you are seeing chacras and not something else, I mean I have seen peculiar representations of the soul or spirit after weird experiences that ended in these dreams and true enough there were white dots, but calling these chakras and believing them to be precisely such things is even bigger a stretch than treating such visions as, say non allegories.

Sometimes when I do a chakra balance meditation, as soon as I hit the crown, my vision is flooded with kaleidoscope looking stuff similar to the left columns there. Can someone tell me what's going on?
