Kinda. It's understanding of the monad/source, all alls(times, possibilities, combinations, everything this is and could be) together as one singular point. So in a way, sense we all are iteration of that source singularity of all, it could be considered knowledge of your true self, but that's only a VERY small part of the full information(which is complete and perfect).

Also this how Thoth knew about pre-time/existence stuff.
