Ahh yes the spirit box, if you flip between fm or am radio stations, you can get "messages" you have to switch the stations relatively fast and you must listen to phonetic syllables instead of actual words. In laymans terms, use your imagination to create words from the jumble of sounds.

I was wondering one day if catholic statues are possessed. I went into a rather old church in a small town (selected the setting for its history).
Especially the statues that get venerated give of a very "demonic" vibe, other objects that have more of a decoration flavor are neutral.
The worst 2 objects where 2 Madonnas, I felt if something was staring at me and wanted me to leave.

Used the same app. Think the spirit box feature is trash but the emf detector is real. If you hold it next to your pc you will see it fluctuate. It's important to establish a Base level first. Someone else commented on what a spirit box is. The idea if that it cycles through stations creating white noise which can be manipulated easier by spirits or use the words of cycled channels.
