I've found I'll start seeing more running numbers (3:21 , 4:32 etc) or trips more frequently after I sincerely pray. It's also weird because a lot of the time I see them I find myself looking at the clock for no reason, where as I normally only look after wondering what time it is. These times I don't ever recall wondering what time t is but just instinctively look, it's weird

had this get, and since then similar experience. 22:55, just x:33 and stuff like that when i randomly get the urge to look at the clock. decreased since then but well.
probably my mind just being selective and forgetting the times where it isnt that way

Dont worry, the only thing you need to do is look again 5 minutes later, the cycle will be broken and it'll all be normal again, if it happens again sometime use this method for the time it'll remain like this is unknown

I was a junkie and pretty shitty person for a long time and constantly saw 222 everywhere, clocks, change at store, vidya scores, just everywhere. Once i got clean and stopped being an ass hat i stop seeing it for the most part. I do notice when ever i do some shady shit it comes back for a little while. Oh shit, bit late here but I can add my experiences. I don't see numbers the same, what I see, is that whenever I turn on my phone's screen the battery percentage and time are always the same backwards and forwards. Like, it'll be 83% and 11:38, or 70% and 6:07. I noticed this about a year and a half ago and it started scaring the shit out of me, because it is so uncommon for them to line up like that, and I started seeing it 5-6 times a day. I started screenshoting whenever I'd see it and I have several hundred instances mostly over the past year.

I agree with this. It gets more intense and frequent when I'm on track in life or I'm finding out something interesting that I've been digging into. But there have been days where my energy is off, and I feel like I'm out of sync with myself and I won't see it at all, and then the next day when I'm feeling better, I see it the normal amount of times.

It's because whenever you glance at a clock and see non-repeating numbers or numbers with no prior memory association. You notice muh repeating digits because you've been meming too hard.

I see 3's everywhere and have for the last 16 years so, you are not alone. I notice the clock at 3:33 all of the time and wake up at 3:33 am almost every night. When I was in the military for 9 years I always ended up in 3rd Platoon 3rd Squad and my weapons were always roster numbers 333. 3 is everywhere in my life and I was sure that I would die at 33 years old but that year went by with no occurrences.

Been checking those triples and quadros for a couple of years now. Always gives a warm feeling and reminds me to stay awake. I like to think that the numbers are sended by higher dimensional beings of positive dimensions that are watching over us. Same energys which you can interact with in dreams, meditation, astral planes etc.
