this could be medical, idk, but it's really fucking weird, or it could just be my mind acting up because I'm pulling an all nighter which I usually don't do.
a few minutes ago, I blinked, and saw a fucking bright ass flash of red light, I thought nothing of it, but ever since then I've started to feel just more and more uneasy and paranoid. I find myself constantly looking over my shoulder, and I feel as if something is in my room with me, this could just be me being paranoid, but has anybody had any similar experiences?

update, I blinked again and saw a flash of bright white light. the anxiety and paranoia seem to be going away, albeit slowly. I highly doubt this is medical or me being paranoid.

I've seen a bright white explosion a few times when falling asleep, they're so bright they take me from almost sleeping to 100% awake but they're not uncomfortable. Pretty weird. But yeah it's just your brain trying to fall asleep, it thought "body is already asleep so might as well give you a dream of a red light - oops wasn't asleep yet, my bad, let's follow it up with some paranoia :D"
