You probably have a bunch of bottled up anxiety. The dreams are your confusion and fear that she may not like you. OR... The image you perceive is the demon choosing a form that ot knows you would respond the most positively towards. In that dreamstate try calling out the name of Christ and see if she recoils. If not, you're good. If she does, you've been suckered into tolerating it for a while and your surroundings were right. You are codependent, you think she can save you from your perceived demons, but she can't, only you can.
You are best off going and telling her how you feel and confessing. If she does not feel the same, then you move on and grow stronger as a person.
If she does like you, then learn that she cannot save you from yourself or your situation, as no human can.
I don't think she is a demon, I think you just have bottled up emotions that you seriously need to get off your chest. Just tell her or get over her, in my opinion.
