You can try this meditation thing I use to help me relax. Basically pretend there's an expanding void in each part of your body until there's nothing there. So for example, start with your left foot, then right foot, then your left calf, then your right, then left thigh and right thigh, and so on and so forth going through your ass cheeks, groin, abdomen, hands, forearms, etc. until you finish with your head. Also make sure to control your breathing.
