Its very faint, but it has a definite start and stop that I hear and it coincides with the tiny hum I feel in my chest

Will look into this. Strange because I dont have any dedicated speakers nearby. Also I should point out it is nearly impossible to try to pinpoint where exactly the noise is coming from. Its driving me nuts

This is not a good enough reason to rule out tinnitus, you probably only notice it at night because there's no other noise around to mask it. Cover your ear canals with your fingers and check if you can still hear it.

Probably something electrical. One time I had something similar, a sort of buzzing so quiet I wasn't sure if I was imagining it or not. Turned out it was my shitass alarm clock, the volume dial had shifted/been bumped/whatever a super super tiny amount and so it was playing radio static (I keep it tuned inbetween stations because I never use the radio function) at an almost imperceptably low volume.

Government is testing gas lighting technology on you, you can't run there's no hiding from them they WILL always track you down first it's the sounds then you start feeling sick and THEN you will start bump into invisible people in your home then they will harrass you with drones there is no escape you just have to get used to it I have heard about this countless times on many different boards
